Copyright Infringement Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information in writing:

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content unless we receive notice of legal action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
